With the production capacity of 100000 tons/year of various kinds of PVC profiles, Xinjiang Blue Ridge Tunhe Profiles Co., Ltd. PVC colored profiles


PVC colored profiles are products jointly developed by Tunhe Profiles and Austria’s Greiner Company in 2001, filling the gap in colored profiles in Xinjiang. After years of market cultivation, these products have become highly favored by users due to their excellent weather resistance and decorative properties. The main products include the 60 Casement Series, 65 Triple-Seal Series, 70 Pioneer Series, and 60 Door Series. Each series is fully equipped with main and auxiliary profiles (mullion, glazing bead, screen sash, any-angle connector, 90-degree corner), and the wall thickness meets the requirements of the JG/T140(180)-2005 standard. They effectively block noise from car horns, human voices, and other disturbances, reducing the negative impact of noise on health, daily life, and work, thereby improving quality of life. With excellent wind resistance and wide cross-sections suitable for large window designs, they are ideal for use in high-rise buildings.

Appearance: The inner and outer surfaces of the pipes are clean and smooth, free from bubbles, visible scratches, dents, impurities, or color inconsistencies. The pipes are black or blue. Black pipes must have at least three co-extruded blue stripes evenly distributed around the circumference.

Pressure Rating: 0.4MPa–1.6MPa

Product Features: Long service life, excellent corrosion resistance, superior wear resistance, good hygiene performance, high impact resistance, reliable connections, and easy installation.

Main Applications: Suitable for low-pressure irrigation systems with nominal pressures up to 0.4MPa.

Eco-friendly PVC foamed wood composite materials integrate a series of advanced technologies, including material formulation, skinning foaming, large-area co-extrusion, three-sided co-extrusion, full co-extrusion, three-layer co-extrusion, soft-hard co-extrusion, and surface embossing. Through the synergistic application of these technologies, the physical and chemical performance indicators of the material have been elevated from the “decorative material” level to the “engineering material” level.
